Atlanta Fine Homes

Atlanta Fine Homes came to Boxkite Media and asked us to help them by building a tool to be used internally to help them handle the billing of agents by their marketing consultants.

Throughout the month, marketing consultants will do work for agents by helping them create marketing materials. The process of billing the agents had become cumbersome and error-prone.

Boxkite Media built a system where the marketing consultants can log in and enter their time for each task that they complete and attach it to the appropriate agent. On a monthly basis, an administrator at Atlanta Fine Homes can generate the monthly statements, review them and have them automatically emailed to the agents.
